We specialise in the provision pre-tensioned spring balances that hold the weight of each sash in position which are manufactured to always open smoothly without stickiness. The spring sash window is a modern day alternative of the cord & weighted box sash window. It uses a concealed spring loaded mechanism instead of the cords, weights and pulleys found in a traditional sash window, this has the advantage of allowing for a smaller structural rebate or installing into a flush reveal.
